The Queensland Reports can be accessed electronically, free of charge, through the Queensland Judgments website (first-time users are required to register with a valid email address in order to access Queensland Judgments content), which provides both the legal profession and the public a complete set of the Queensland Reports and all earlier Queensland reported judgments (from 1860) in both their original format (as viewable and downloadable PDFs) and in a new searchable online format.
Printed editions of the Queensland Reports are also available in most public law libraries throughout Australia. The Supreme Court Library Queensland has physical copies of the Queensland Reports dating back to 1860 which can be accessed by members of the public any time between 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays.
